GIS DATA:

In this the 2009 release of the report it was decided to share the voucher specimen data contained in the African Chiroptera Database. This information has been converted to ESRI Shape files, and can be opened in any GIS software application or alternativly the various dbf files can be imported into any database software. Please note that there is no garantee to the acuracy of the spatial data, and if any mistakes are found please contact the managing editors so that the corrections can be made to the next release of the report (July 2010).
