TAXIS (Taxonomic Information System) is provided "as is" and I take no responsibility for any negative impacts on your system. However, I will try to do my best to correct any spotted error and improve TAXIS according to your needs. All updates and error corrections (designated by .x) will come free for all registered users. For example if the user has registered for TAXIS version 3.0, he will receive all 3.x versions without registration.

I reserve the right to change the price of the product, discounts and special license terms (student license).

REDISTRIBUTION

The copies of TAXIS distributable can be copied and passed free of charge with proper copyright notice to another person.

Databases created using the TAXIS can be redistributed with no restrictions (freely or commercially).

PRIVACY

All information that you submit during registration is kept for sole purpose of notifying you about changes and updates. This information is not given away to third parties.

TAXIS does not use your internet connection to transmit any data about your system.
