Support is everything...
Support is something that I value above many other things when I choose the software for my needs.
Being able to see a person behind the software package or a web site adds a lot to the usability of the product and how effectively it can be used.
Many times when evaluating the software and keeping in mind the quality of support I was rewarded later when I need the real-time help that solved the problems I had.
So knowing first hand how important personal support is I try to keep constantly in touch with TAXIS users
No software is without faults. TAXIS has faults as well. It is not a matter of how many bugs are there, but rather how fast you can fix them after thay are spotted.

You can access TAXIS online help or,
if you have one of the latest version of TAXIS, there is a help file which can be accessed offline via TAXIS menu.
Help file can be downloaded separately.
There is no online help available so you have to contact either Evgeniy Meyke
with your questions on using this product or Sirpa Koskinen (sirpa.koskinen @ helsinki.fi) with the questions dealing with CD-ROM ordering.
